Before this strange change of hands occurred with 100.3 (bankruptcy of previous company I heard) I loved listening to that station. Since it's become 98.7 I was happy they decided to include Glenn Beck to the programming but two things frustrate the hell out of me; the OBSCENE amount of advertising and the horrible signal quality. I shouldn't have to strap a ten foot antenna on my car to get reception nor should I make it through a third of my hour and fifteen minute drive having to listen to nothing but commercials.

For the time being, the programming wins out BUT the new 100.3 has some programming that is earning my time(I like Ramsey, morning crew is okay but a bit over the top, and on my drive home I could use a little more news with a little less sports.) when I flip over after losing signal of 98.7.

I've heard that 98.7 is operating on a 5,000 watt tower compared to the 100,000 watt tower at WNOX. 98.7 had better do something in the very near future about the signal or they listenership will suffer.

After hearing reports that the presidents trip was going to cost 200 million a day I immediately got very !@#$!# off and was dumbfounded by the figure which is why I immediately searched for the truth.

While it was reported it was not backed up by a named source and all reports are that the number is obscenely inflated but one thing is certain, protecting the president will be VERY expensive considering he's traveling to multiple foreign countries.

If we were in a striving economy and didn't have a 13 trillion dollar debt and a 2 trillion dollar deficit my opinion would likely be different but this is a horrible choice in judgment. But then again its this inability to comprehend or listen to the American public that just lost the democrats over 60 seats in the house. So perhaps he should keep it up.

Yes, it is true that not all muslims are terrorists. There are many caring uninformed muslims. A good many have no idea what islam is about. However, religion is a very powerful thing and islam's supremacist ideology makes it a very real threat to humanity.

There are three choices for Christians and Jews concerning islam. Convert, pay a tax of submission, or die.

    The quran 9:29
"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

I don't think it was an inside job, but I do think Bush had been forewarned. Information about terrorists flying into the Twin Towers was given to him twice and both times he ignored them, if we can believe what we hear! It was an opportunity for him to declare war (on the wrong country....) and finish his daddy's job. Gee, I am getting so cynical!

TNinfidel, I really enjoyed your comments. Of course I realize that all Muslims aren't terrorists, but it seems to me that all terrorists are Muslim. They killed 3,000 of our people on 9/11, as well as committing other acts of terrorism around the world. It is common knowledge that their religion says to kill all of us. And yes, I would be very concerned if I saw them on a plane in which I was flying.

While I understand that these guys get paid millions and know the risk of the game, they are young, and a broken neck that paralyzes them will ruin their life
forever. They may be big, bad and mean, but they aren't mature. Rules against helmet to helmet should have been implemented years ago. Guess it's just the 'mother' in me coming out!

Sorry about your log in timing out. When I researched storing cookies long term a few months back I came across some serious security threats for the end users accounts. Example: A hacker could clone an individuals pc and access their JealousBrother account. I know it's a stretch to see that happen but I didn't want to compromise the users security.

I'll look into this once again to see if there is anything I can do. I may be able to at least extend the time the cookies are stored so this type of thing wouldn't happen. (You would still be logged out if you close your browser.)

On to your last comment: I am not an atheist as I do believe there is a God of some kind but I am certainly religiously skeptical.
