I am ALL for banning smoking. There is not one thing about smoking that doesn't disgust me! I think some but not all smokers are so inconsiderate. They have banned smoking in doors in some states but you still have smokers standing at the entrance to these restaurants and places of business for everyone to inhale their smoke as they enter the store. I don't smoke therefore I do not want it in my body nor does anyone have the right to make you smell and inhale their smoke.

Actually I think they should raise the drinking age to 25. I am all for that! You aren't mature enough at the age of 21, although some 25 year olds aren't mature either.

I agree with mama kaz. Does it really matter where they stand as far as there sexuality when they are fighting for our freedom? I have not met one gay person that would do anything or even attempt to say anything to someone who is straight.

He is going to sit in prison for years and years before they put him to death but he deserves to die! He will have plenty of time to think about what he did...sadly he doesn't care enough to think about it. He isn't human. I am one hundred and 50 percent for the death penalty.

Ok since I am an EMT I will educate. You are right, it depends on the area where you work. I work in Northern California and I get paid pretty decent. 22 bucks an hour plus overtime. And I do not think I am underpaid because it did not take long for me to go to school. I completed a rapid EMT course that took a month. I also went to Paramedic school and that takes a bit longer, about 18 months. Most of the calls we run are your bs calls. Toe pain, wrist pain, flu like symptoms ect....I work in Stockton and yes there is a risk, but not much. So I'm gonna throw a curve ball here and back educators.

theres nothing wrong with weed. its less harmful and addictive then cigarettes and would be abused less then drinking.

no love for educators. i have seen teachers pour their hard earned money back into the class rooms to help their students. i think they deserve to be paid so much more for their efforts.

a small caliber round doesnt just enter and exit. if the round hits a bone it will bounce around your body hitting vital organs and what not. I have seen a guy shot in the shoulder with an exit wound in his mid thigh. a big round will be a small entry wound but the exit wound could be pretty big. then you get into a 50cal round that can take an entire limb off. the 7.62 round out of an AK will hit and smash it self on a bone or go straight through so its not as bad as the 5.56 rounds out of our rifles.

either way ill take stabbing mostly because im more likely to get shot then stabbed. heres to hoping.hahahaha.

I'm not aganist the death penalty at all but I think he should be made to suffer like the parents are now,he should have to sit in prison and watch a video of her birthdays and know shes never going to see another one and have a cake brought and set outside his cell with her name to remind him of what he took and then after 20 yrs of this be put to death.
