i have to state a few things here coming from a mother whom has a child with autism you can't just control them...my daughter has a lot of sensory issues and when she gets over stimulated she has fits not because she wants to but because she cant help it to much going on at once is hard on her she will try to run and hide thats i have thought about using one on my daughter i dont think a lot of people really grasp the fact that when a kid acts a curtain way that its not always because a parent is a bad parent. im not a bad parent i just have a spacial kid!

I'm not just taking this side because I own the Bionic but the non-replaceable battery is what sealed the deal for me. Sure the Bionic has had A Lot of issues but I'm going to stay optimistic and hope that Motorola corrects these problems with the upcoming OTA update. I also hope they release the update much sooner than the end of the 60 day time frame they previously gave.

I have to be honest; the one thing the tea party is missing is an empathy table. If it had that it would be perfect.(Sarcasm Implied)

In all seriousness it really boils down to who you hold accountable for the outcome of your life. Is it big business and the those evil rich people at fault for your failures or could it quite possibly be you who is to blame?

The one area we can all agree on is that big business has too much power in Washington but one thing the Occupy movement likely won't own up to is that so does big labor. If it were up to me, I'd enact campaign reform laws that banned donations from Unions and Corporations and keep limits in place for individual donations.
