All right. Hasn't this been discussed? Have we not already verified the legal American citizenship of the PRESIDENT of the United States? Not only has the White House released both the short and long forms of President Obama's birth certificate, but the state of Hawaii has confirmed that both are copies released by their offices.

Attorney General Ken Bennett has claimed that he has only suggested that he may not be able to include Obama on the ballot this November if he does not receive confirmation from the state of Hawaii. Apparently 1,200 Arizonian constituents have insisted by email that Mr. Bennett contest President Obama's eligibility this fall. Seriously? So, Mr. Bennett's excuse is that he felt compelled to act on this matter because 1,200 out of 6.5 million state residents decided to email him?

This no longer seems ridiculous. It is now bordering on bizarre.

Tell me what you think. I'm just curious what any of the rest of the conservatives on JB think of this man's actions. How petty should he be allowed to behave?

I do have a suggestion for Mr. Bennett. If you wish to grasp at straws why not just claim Mr. Obama is not even a citizen of this planet? Say he's from Mars, or Jupiter. Heck, go out on a limb and claim he's from Uranus. Well, okay, that's a bit too far. How could there be enough room on Uranus with your head completely up it? In fact it's simply a matter of being dicontented with your own choice. Maybe you would have preferred Santorum? Just like the Democrats had Mondale and Dukakis in the past, now your party has a Romney. Get over it.

Be upset with your own party for nominating the candidate THEY did, and quit grasping for old news that's already been debunked. It makes you look as ridiculous and desperate as you really are.

Do yourself and your party a favor in 2016. Nominate someone who can win, and quit blaming everyone else for your own mistakes!!!!

I honestly didn't watch the first season of X-Factor but I've completely lost interest in American Idol. We started watching it very early on this season but only made it a couple weeks in before we decided AMC shows on Netflix were a far better form of entertainment. We'll definitely give X-Factor a shake next season.

Well Ryan. You have to consider that so far Obama has only agreed to portions of the NDAA/AUMF in order to get the military the budget they needed. Not because he's a war-monger. All laws concerning due process of law were enacted during the Bush Presidency and Patriot Act. Congress simply allowed for those laws to continue, and President Obama signed them simply to fund our military abroad due to the fact that taking those inclusions out would have only delayed military funding. I don't like that he had to do that in order to get the funding either, but sometimes a President has to make compromises. Most democrats are smart enough to realize the reasons behind his decisions and will make their choices based on the facts. I just don't see many Obama supporters fleeing to the Paul side for something they know he didn't have much of a chance of changing any way. At least none of the democrats I've met and discussed issues like this seem willing to side with Paul or Romney. I'm confident of a winning Obama ticket this year.

Out of curiosity what about the anti-war and anti-Guantanamo portion of the democrat party? They certainly would welcome Dr. Paul's stance on foreign and constitutional policy (Regards to indefinite imprisonment and the constitutionality of Guantanamo Bay). Although this would still pale in comparison to the votes taken from Romney.

He would absolutely take more from Romney than Obama. Those that would have voted for Romney will opt for someone they consider far more conservative on certain issues than Romney. Especially where being fiscally responsible is concerned. I sincerely doubt that very many who would have considered voting for Obama would opt to vote for Paul. Just because most who have considered voting for Obama have a more liberal stance on most issues anyway. I would absolutely welcome Paul to continue his bid for the Presidency. It will make for an easier win for Obama.

I had to read the entire comment myself. I also thought it was texting while driving, but caught the comment before I sided with revenue. This really is ridiculous. Texting while walking. All I have to say on this matter is that if you are texting while walking across a pedestrian crosswalk then you deserve what you get. I hate to say that, but it's just the truth of the matter. Do you text at a shooting range? Do pilots text while landing a plane? NO! Pay attention to what you're doing!! Crossing a street requires that you look both ways even if the WALK sign is green! It's common sense people. Placing a fine on people for doing so does not deter those from doing stupid things. It is simply another means for creating revenue. I cannot express in words just how ridiculous this is. Of all the matters that should be discussed and implemented by your elected officials "Texting while walking" is not a priority!

I am glad I stopped and read the description prior to voting. I was immediately going to vote that it is a legitimate safety concern when i thought it was driving and texting, but walking and texting, please! The only life you may or may not be putting in danger is your own. I would vote for fines while texting and driving but that would just be so hard to enforce.

Not the least bit naive here. I'm sure he's courting the gay voters of this country, just as presidents in the past have courted the african-american, hispanic, and religious voters in elections past.

What I also believe is that after time some people are able to take a different perspective on issues. I believe that this is also what President Obama has done.

I am no different. For years I did not agree with the death penalty, but after many discussions and a personal experience of my own I admit I have changed my stance. People change, and so do their opinions. Perhaps not as often as John Kerry or Mitt Romney, but people do change their minds.

I breastfed all three of mine. My oldest was the longest at 6 months, I only stopped because of having surgery. My second only 5 weeks because she could not tolerate my milk and my third for 8 weeks, I could not keep up with his appetite. If it would have worked I planned to and was comfortable with 12 months, no more than that and I sure the heck would not have my child lifting my shirt and asking for a drink. NO WAY!!!!
