hey check it out i got these magic beans and if you take just 2 a day, you will be skinny and never have to worry about weight again!!! everything in life that is good takes work/effort, and your body is just another one of those things

Diet pills can go hand and hand but diet pills without exercise is pretty much useless. I'm not against diet pills just make sure they don't have ephedrine.

I have never taken diet pills but I think exercise and taking vitamins is the best thing for a person. You feel great after exercising.
