Any animal that I see in an animal shelter or a pet store melts my heart and I would take any of them home. The only problem with pet stores is that you never know what you are getting. We bought a dog from a pet store and a month later it ended up dying from parvo. I would rather have a dog from an animal shelter. Sometimes mutts can be some of the best dogs. If you have ever been to an animal shelter they are so sad and if the dogs don't get adopted out they euthanize them.

Modular homes are actually appraised the same as conventional homes. You are right about mobile homes though. I recently found out that modular homes (and mobile homes)have much tighter government construction regulations than conventional homes because they have to be designed to roll down the road at 60mph. You can definitely get more house for the money with modular and can order your house and have it delivered in as little as 6 weeks.

I've been through both and I would much rather go through a tornado. You can escape the tornado by staying calm and taking action. Earthquakes are terrifying and you can't do much about it because you get no warning. Your chance of surviving a serious earthquake depend on where you are when it happens. I used to be terrified every time I drove across the bay area bridges.

I always feel like Michael needs to excuse himself and go to the bathroom when he performs or that he's afraid he lost something in his pants. That's something I don't like about rappers too. I really enjoy watching Justin Timberlake perform and sing because he's not so lewd.
