Some of my most priceless possessions are little notes, letters, and drawings from my kids and grandkids. But any gift is special when someone special gives it to you.

I'm making some hand-made gifts this year. Crocheting items using plastic shopping bags. Have made caps,belts,tiny purses, re-useable shopping bags.

I think hand made means more than any store bought gift the person who made it put alittle of themselves into it I like to think.

I think it depends somewhat on how much money you make. You realize how priceless the handmade stuff is once you can afford to just buy any other thing you want.

unless my mom made it or one of my kids made it i would rather have the ipod or maybe some cds or new perfume, how bout some Victorias secret...lol I love both hand made or store bought so long as it came from the heart. If it is a quilt for my baby boy I would much rather hand made by someone who loves him.. :-)

This one really depends. Some things that you may want that is store bought you can't make by hand. I am not picky and am happy either way. They both come from the heart but it does take more time to make something than it does to buy it.
