As proponents of guns would say, "Guns don't kill people, people kill people." Of course that doesn't make complete sense because diseases do kill people but wouldn't be able to do so unless those who already have it irresponsibly and possibly maliciously pass it on.
So in other words it is up to each person to do the moral thing and inform sexual partners of their disease. Getting a disease shouldn't rob a person of their rights. It's bad enough they have the disease, we shouldn't put them in town square and throw rocks at them.
nobody would ever check the list any way, a lot of people have sex offenders living nearby and r clueless. to be safe people shouldn't be bangen random people anyway.you should know who your sleeping with before you sleep with them. but i could see both sides on this one.
broken down, it's chick flick/book v.s. children's adventure story/film. so most dudes will choose potter and ladies will root for twilight. however i equally love/hate both of them. what ever happen to real adventure movies like "Willow", and kicken love stories like....umm...mmm....there has to be one out there.....o i got one, "True Romance".
i couldn't get the photos to load......i like a beard every know and then...mountain man style. but most the time, because of work, a crisp clean shave is in demand.
both sports are full of attitude, steriods, and controversy...the only real difference is the uniforms. wrestling is way more entertaining than good ol' stick ball.
This issue is regarding sharing content across multiple networks which requires Facebook's "ownership" in order to do so - it doesn't mean you have to pay royalties if you want to create a slideshow of your family reunion because you uploaded it to Facebook.
I quite honestly see the users point of view on this but I also understand where FaceBook is coming from. If everyone read the TOS for every website they signed up for they would likely tear up. It would be nice if the legal doc's didn't have to be involved but with all of the random lawsuits and concerns website operators have to worry about its a neccessary evil.
