Although I am concerned with the entire pharmaceutical industry being incredibly swayed by profit, I'm not very hopeful that much will change. It seems to be up to the individual to make the best choices for their own health.

But like the lady in the video says: they don't want to cure disease because that would put them out of business. And they are not in the business of put themselves OUT OF BUSINESS. They only control symptoms with their drugs.Once your doctor puts you on a med.it is very hard to get off of it. So the more YOU have to take it,the more $$$ the drug company makes !!

I worked in the medical field for a long time and I can tell you that the pharmaceutical companies are BIG business. They wine and dine the doctors and their staff in exchange for getting their drugs pushed to the patients. They hire very aggressive people as drug reps and they don't give a crap about our health and well being.
