After working in the grocery business for well over 15 years I've seen it all from Food Stamps to the more sensitive and less stigmatizing EBT. We've become so protective of feelings now that we can't even refer to them as food stamps.

A lot of people need help temporarily which is fine but a large majority of the people swiping the ebt cards are unapologetic permanent card holders with no intention of earning a living for themselves. I see it daily in our local WalMart. There is so much flipping white trash baby makers in this county it's disgusting. This is one of the reasons why we will be attempting to get the hell out of this county before Rachael reaches schooling age.

If your observant as I am you will notice many common occurrences with the ebt recipients. 1.) They always have far more groceries in their buggies than the average working joe and jane. 2.) The buggies usually consist of unhealthy crap which includes Mayfield Ice Cream Bars and of course Mountain Dew (A white trash staple). 3.) They tend to be rude and dressed in pajamas. 4.) They somehow can afford to tat themeselves up. I could go on but what REALLY pisses me off more than anything; they have no problem affording cigarettes and cell phones.

When you throw your hands up and consciously decide to steal from hard working people to supply your cabinets, fridge, and freezer you have provided enough evidence to me that you have no business making purchasing decisions and not only should EBT be HEAVILY regulated until the EBT beneficiaries get off of EBT and provide for themselves they should not be allowed to purchase ANY nonessential items period. If you can't afford to feed your own children how can you afford to always have a pack cigarettes? If you can't afford to feed yourself how can you justify getting inked up? This is not brain surgery folks we (Tax payers) are being raped and ravaged every time the ebt card gets swiped to buy unhealthy food, pull cash out, or now and my personal favorite PURCHASE GAS!!!!!!!!!

Ben, I don't wish to get into an argument that takes away from the actual rivalry. If you have a beef with the AUMF section of the NDAA act then you have President Bush to thank for that. The NDAA was where Congress simply "affirmed" the powers of the President to indefinitely detain prisoners. It was not started by President Obama, but by President Bush. If you wish to discuss this further I would suggest you start a different rivalry. I would like to just stay on target between Romney vs. Santorum.

Ben I always vote my conscience. I vote for who I believe in. I don't believe in any of the Republicans anyway. Maybe some of Ron Paul's policies, but not enough of them to make me vote for him. I served this country. Proudly, and would do it again given the chance. My vote will absolutely go to Barack Obama.

The people like me who are fed up with the fake republican/democratic party will help the libs by taking away votes from romney.(not with pleasure) Obama will do another term if romney wins primary. I am no longer worried about playing the fake right left bs game. I am voting for principle and the constitution. At least i can sleep good at night doing what is morally right for this country and constitution. how soon we forget how many patriots gave their lives for this country and here we are giving the country back to the rothschild brittish tryanny scum ass holes who take pleasure in controlling us scum. wake up people. look at the damn ndaa act which gives the military the right to arrest or kill citizens without trial. you true libs out there, where the @%@* are you speaking out against this *#* you scum???

The bottom line is that the republican party is committing suicide just like they did with dead beat traitor mccain. All you have to do is think back to when Bush had the house and senate and than decided to reach across the isle to shake hands with libs and progressives. The left and right play for the same coach!! The coach is the corporate elite who control the media, the oil, the other energy, the food, and healthcare, and the futures market. is is not funny that all of the items we need to survive are going up in price but tv's are going down? It is so elementary but Americans still like to turn on the tv to corporate news to see what the info babes want you to do and think. Think for yourself damnit! I like santorum more than romney but that is an easy give me. Santorum has a bad voting record but at least he is speaking with common sense. Romney is a progressive scum bag who will give America what it deserves. More spending (obama has spent more money in his first term than the entire history of USA, yes I know bush started bail outs but obama pumped it full of steroids)more wars, more police state, more treason, and more lies. I am just tired of the ignorance. People here are going to get what they deserve. Shame on the loss of morals in this country, shame on the lack of constitutional justice, shame on the lack of freedom, shame on the lack of critical thinking, and shame on you (you being those who are okay with the moral degredation of this country)If you think I am nuts than answer this. Why is congress about to pass the third debt ceiling increase in a year? we are spending at a rate of at least a trillion more than we have a year since obama and the debt is 15 1/2 trillion! you idiots! this is a big damn deal! ron paul is the only candidate who has a solid voting record for only balanced budgets and constitutional law but he is the wack job? sorry just because fox news says he is nuts does not make me a zombie obama fan. the gig is up and the chickens are comming home to roost!rev wright is right in that aspect. Are you ready my friends?

By the way MoNkEy you never did clarify who you were choosing? You only took the time to take a poke at me. So since you actually chose Santorum's side did you have a reason? Seriously. All I want is a serious comment if you have the time.

That's okay with me. Choose who you want, but I was asking for people to comment on why they were choosing one candidate over the other. If you have the time I was just curious as to why you chose Santorum.

That still wasn't an argument, but nevermind. We differ in our opinions and I feel more passionately about being a faithful constituent. Yes I like Obama and am a firm believer in him and most of his policies. I'm sure you've felt that way about others.

Well, I didn't want to rain down too hard on your man crush. Anyone with that much affection for a pathetic politician has a screw loose. But, that is not surprising seeing that you are a libdem.
