I think we are missing the point. The professor was arrested for refusing to cooperate with a police officer. Why should the cop have to apologize for doing his job? You are right about my situation because if the cop had been black and the professor white, we wouldn't even be having this discussion and I can guarantee the charges would not have been dropped. That's not fair. Being black should not excuse anyone from obeying the law. That kind of thinking just takes us all backwards. In this country we all have a chance to succeed if we work hard enough.

One of the things I love about this country is that life is always full of second chances. Dog fighting is deplorable but he paid the price and now he should be allowed to get on with his life. I wouldn't kiss Goodell's ass or anyone's for that matter.

I would stand in line and spend the money I saved on yummy food. I actually like standing in line because it gives me an opportunity to chat with strangers and I've met some very interesting people that way.

I think it's fine and I am thinking about doing it from now on at every place that doesn't serve PEPSI! I'm tired of having to drink coke everywhere I go. It's not fair. I have actually taken food into a restaurant when my coworkers wanted to eat Greek food which I don't like. I ordered a drink, ate my food and ordered desert. They didn't seem to have any problem with it and even cut me a huge piece of baklava.

Now that I know what it is I would get one in a heartbeat. Waiting in line is the worst part about going to an amusement park. The only question I have now is how many other people do the same thing. If too many people pay for them, is there really a benefit?

It's an extra item you can purchase in addition to the regular park admission at Six Flags theme parks. It costs roughly the same as a ticket so it can get pricey but it enables you to skip to the front of the line on most of the rides offered at their parks. It also allows you to reserve the best seating at any of the events offered at the parks such as the Killer Whale show at Discovery Kingdom.

We've been on vacation for the last six days and took advantae of the flash pass and let me say it was certainly worth every single penny. We were in the park for about five hours and got to ride roughly 18 rides and attended three shows.

I chose my side just so I can ask what a flash pass is.

Jeff, who is better? If you talk about someone from the past and mention modern equipment, please remember how they lengthened courses because of Tiger. Golf is such a hard game and it required concentration. If all pros were on their game, Tiger would win every time. He makes shots that nobody else has even dared to try.

I can get with that. As a fan, you can support him or not, but it shouldn't be up to Goodell to act like he is God and Vick has to bow down to him.

I've never heard anyone say that Tiger uses profanity or throws tantrums, so it must just be haters who are trying to point it out. Tiger is a GREAT player who will be in the record books for years to come. And I believe he is a gentlemen and good sportsman.
