Very Poor Judgement. We Have NO Money

“President Obama is embarking on a ten-day trip to India, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan tomorrow.” This trip will be VERY expensive and is taking place a few days after the Federal Reserve monetized 600 billion of debt. Should he go?

I agree with Olivia. It's obscene. It would be cheaper if we just built him a ranch or something where he could get away. These foreign trips are only making things worse anyway. The man puts his foot in his mouth every time he speaks without a teleprompter.

Obama should put his money where his mouth is and set an example about frugal spending. His judgment is an example of why our country is so far in debt we will probably never recover.

As a service member, I protected the president a lot last year and I have seen the waste of money first hand

After hearing reports that the presidents trip was going to cost 200 million a day I immediately got very !@#$!# off and was dumbfounded by the figure which is why I immediately searched for the truth.

While it was reported it was not backed up by a named source and all reports are that the number is obscenely inflated but one thing is certain, protecting the president will be VERY expensive considering he's traveling to multiple foreign countries.

If we were in a striving economy and didn't have a 13 trillion dollar debt and a 2 trillion dollar deficit my opinion would likely be different but this is a horrible choice in judgment. But then again its this inability to comprehend or listen to the American public that just lost the democrats over 60 seats in the house. So perhaps he should keep it up.
