I really enjoy going to the theatre more than watching a movie at home. Yes, it is outrageously expensive, but the phone doesn't ring, the dryer doesn't beep, no one drops in to say hi and the popcorn at the theatre has zero calories!.......at least that's what I choose to believe!! :)

I have actually never been to the drive in. I think it would be nice but I would still rather be at home. The food, candy, and drinks are outrageously expensive! I'm not going to pay $3.50 for a box of candy when I can get it for $1.00 at the store.

Movie theaters are freezing cold and the food is too pricey. I get hungry every five minutes so I have to smuggle in food. I also have to bring a blanket so it's like preparing for a picnic. And if all that isn't bad enough, my feet don't reach the ground in those seats. I'll watch them at home thank you.

Im telling you hook your computer up to your tv run the sounds to a surround sounds and download away. We spent the weekend watching social network, and a few other movies that were are in theaters all from the comfort of home.

I'll stay at home and watch movies on the 55inch lcd thank you. I'm still having a hard time dealing with the fact that they want $8.50 for a large popcorn at the theater in Maryville.

every once in a while there is a must see at the theater but we mostly watch them at home when they come out on blu ray or dvd.

Bittorrent is the best thing ever. we just watched the social network as well as tons of other movies. now they even have bluray rips that dont use a bluray player to play on your computer. we just hooked our computer to the tv in the bedroom and off we go.
