global warming is a myth. its getting colder every year in Texas. I know i have seen snow several times in my life but only 3 times in Houston where i live and grew up. and those tree times were in the past 4 years and never before that.

Actually, there's some pretty strong evidence supporting man-made global warming. Solar activity is NOT playing a significant role in warming our climate.

Climategate is a purely political move against climatologists. Although an investigation needs to go into why data is missing, this represents just one of thousands of independent scientific studies into climate change. The link between man-made carbon emissions and global warming IS there. Global warming is here to stay and the human cause of it will start to become very obvious within the next few years.

There is no conclusive evidence that global warming is real. Until there is, the scientist in me is going to have to side with the Earth's natural cycle (and perhaps even a side of "increasing solar activity").

With the recent email developments I'd say I have to agree with you on this one. Why would anyone need to manipulate the numbers if man was truly causing the warming?
