This is not to be an argument between the major parties. I don't care to hear about all of the discrepancies by either party. If you're not the least bit naive then you know that both parties have used this type of behavior to "enlist" people to join their cause. I'm not judging these people for their behavior, because it's just not my place to do so. What I am saying is how can the RNC justify allowing a man to stay on as their chairman who spends their money so frivolously that they are closer to being in the red than having the necessary funds to compete with their rival party this fall.
During Mr. Steele's chairmanship the RNC has raised over $96.2 million, but has spent over $106.9 million! With a $13.4 million dollar deficit the RNC seems less poised to take on their democratic counterparts this fall when they already seemed to have enough going for them. With the deficit included the RNC has enabled the DNC to have a $25 million dollar head start on funds that can be used this fall. In a time of responsible spending and fiscal accountability how is it possible that others can stand behind Mr. Steele when he so blatantly is prepared to accept expenditures within his organization that do not help his party's reputation. Though he likely will not be ousted by his own organization, as it takes a 2/3rds majority vote to remove him from his office, should he do the right thing? Should he resign and allow someone with a better sense of fiscal responsibility take the reigns, or should the RNC just tolerate these types of expenses, though they could clearly use these funds for more important issues. Like defeating the democrats this fall for a number of seats in the senate and house.

This is ridiculous Kaz! I certainly won't lose any sleep over this either, but you can d*** well guarantee that I'll be giving my business over to the other two (FedEx/UPS). In this day and age when so many businesses realize that you cannot operate solely on (banker's hours), they have extended daily hours and included weekends as part of their weekly routine. It's just common sense really. Why does the USPS get to take away a day of service? What makes them so special? Several bank giants work on Saturday, though their hours are limited, they do work nonetheless. Several other federal agencies like Social Security, CDC, HUD, and U.S. Border Patrol have no problem performing their services over the weekend. So what exactly makes the USPS so special that they don't have to work on Saturday? It's not like their employees will be forced to work 6 days a week! They can, and I'm certain they already do, arrange for a different day off besides Sunday. I'll be certain to give most if not all my business to the other two if this happens. There are always consequences to one's actions, and I believe they will suffer for it. And I sincerely hope Kaz that the box you have pictured above was not something you received by mail. This bill is very secretive. I am still trying to find the latest version which is suppose to be 2700 pages longs. All I will ask people to do is to use their brain with this.

This bill will require a fed official to manage the doctor patient relationship. The benefits of the bill will not even start until 2014 while we are going to be taxed well before. This bill will also allow the government to decide who gets care and who does not. Age is a big factor in this.
Please also consider the push for amnesty with health care.
Our government still does not put our military on the border to protect american citizens and the violence is increasing in the border communities. Police in southern california have actually been targeted by Mexican gangs.
Also, if Americans do not purchase insurance by 2014, they will be required to pay a fine. This is unconstitutional. Why should anyone in america be required to purchase a product from a private business????
There are many states including VA who also agree.
And what about the children?? Guess what? they are not covered right now. This is even after the bill has passed. Pre-existing problems are not covered for children, but go on and pay your new taxes with a smile. The children are not important either right? They can wait for the transplant to come in 2014.
In closing I will give my opinion. I know that the federal government has banktrupted the nation's social security, medicaid, and medicare. They are desperate for more money. The money they need is to pay the private federal reserve for the interest on the national debt. Some of the money may go to the new health plan, but be real. The government has been taking from social security for years to fund illegal wars, etc. Hell, I remember my grandfather warning me about social security years ago.
I will be honest. I am not a republican nor a democrat. I am a believer in the constitution. I do not consider Rush perfect, but I will say that he speaks more truth than many other main stream corporate shills. He has finally come around and admitted how the constitution is being dismantled. He has also admitted that we may not make it to an election in November. I will be fair and say that I wished he would of stood up for the Constitution during the period of the patriot act. I however, am not perfect either. I also fell for giving up freedom for security. I now regret that decision.
