one day we were shot at in the middle of the night. that one bomb did it and messed everyone up to some extent. but when given a chance to leave for a nearby hospital. . . every marine stayed. i respect that.

My son's father is a Marine!! He is in Iraq...comes home late August! So even though I am proud of all branches, the marines are closer to my heart!

Don't think anyone in there right mind could say otherwise gonzo. You won't believe the crap I heard the other day, the army has "stress cards" that their recruits can use to get a break from training when they need it. LOL

Same here. I love them all but really love the marines. One of my ex employees just joined the marines and will be going to Iraq soon.

And dont give me the whole we do the same job crap. we have the hardest training, the biggest egos, the coolest moto and our uniforms are not grey. I could go on forever
