Iran seems to have their hands in the cookie jar if you know what I mean. They are constantly undermining our efforts in Iraq. Providing funding, shelter, and training for terrorists.

Iran is simply playing a game of politics, and playing it well I might add. Russian on the other hand has the means to carry out any actions it wishes to and therefore is the bigger threat.
