Hate the telemarketers. Of course I look at the caller ID and if I don't recognize the ID I just don't answer. Or sometimes I'll say "if I want what you are selling, I'll call you". I would hope (naively) lawyers would do their jobs competently.

When telemarketers call (usually at meal time)I simply say "I'll be right back!" and put the phone down. They don't usually wait very long!

I hate these guys more. telemarketers can be a pain but these $^#$ers can take your life away. My sister got a dumb one and spent two years locked up.
