Who do you support? Is it time for Jay to step aside or Is NBC forcing the King out of late night?

Sorry Jay, time's up. A looooooong time ago. I can't wait for Conan to step in so I have half a chance of staying up for his show. The only part of Jay's show that I find funny is the headlines, which he has no hand in writing. Every time an attractive female guest comes on he shamelessly hits on them and there have been many times that they look REALLY uncomfortable.

Jay Leno is way too much of a whiny douche

He's much more entertaining than Dave and his top ten list.

I side with Jay, he has several good years of comedy left in him. I could be wrong but I think this will likely hurt NBC, especially if he moves to a competing network.
