While I don't currently have an educated opinion on whether or not the constitution should be altered to address this problem I will say that these kids SHOULD NOT be US citizens.

I'm very hesitant to let today's lawmakers do anything whatsoever to the US constitution. One might even argue that if the federal government did their job of enforcing immigration laws there wouldn't be an issue with kids being born to illegals.

Again, I'm not crazy about any of these idiots in Washington touching the constitution but I would like to see them enforce laws that are already on the books.

Although I feel sorry for the children and it's not their fault the parents are illegal, they should not be legal once born. No, the constitution should not be changed to accommodate illegals.

I don't think anyone born in this country should be considered an American citizen unless the womb they came out of belongs to an American citizen. Period.
