There are a number of variables but would you be willing to relocate for your job? By relocate I mean a far away.

Dynamite couldn't blast me out of east TN. I love it here! We had to move once because of a job loss related to a bad economy but I wouldn't do it by choice. Jobs come and go but your family will always be there for you. At least most families will! I love having all of my kids close by. I consider myself very lucky to have such great kids who found spouses (and significant other)that are so easy to love and fun to be around. I wouldn't trade that for all the money in the world.

I would also like to ad that I have the Very Best in laws a person could ask for. We live very close to them and although we don't get to see them as much as we would like I wouldn't want to be away from them. Any of them. They are truly wonderful. I consider myself to be very lucky.

For me this is very tough but family weighs out. To me success means very little if you're not happy. In a way I'm very blessed as I love being around my family, some people can't say that.

I agree. When it comes down to it Family and Friends are the most important things in life. Not in all cases but most. Family will always be there no matter what. Success is not only about how much money you make or what kind of career you have but success can come with family also. I love my Husband and family too much to move away. Lord, Ryan left for two days on a trip and it was hard, lol. I can do a couple of days but what can I say I enjoy being with my husband.
